Shipping cost

Shipping is calculate by weight.
If I am able to secure a cheaper rate when orders are ready to ship, you will receive a refund for the difference and an email explaining.

Canada receives flat rate shipping of $15 on orders of $40 or more. USA receives flat rates of $18 for orders up to $40, $15 for orders above $40.

I am always working on finding the best possible rates worldwide.

"Baggie" shipping is now available. Dips are packaged in bags vs jars (price adjusted), which drastically reduces shipping costs. This method is not available through the website at this time due to logistics, please contact me privately to order baggies. For full directions, please click here.

Shipping carrier Orders are shipped via Canada post, expedited shipping. You will receive a tracking email. Choosing shipping as untracked mail, will not receive a tracking email and is not covered by postal insurance.

Once an order has shipped, please refer to your tracking number. It is no longer within my control!

Duties & VAT

Some orders/countries may be subject to duty & VAT on arrival to destination. Payment is the responsibility of the customer.

Do you offer pick up?

Absolutely! Feel free to choose pick up as your shipping method and we can arrange for you to pick up your order. I am located just 10min west of Deep River, Ontario

Do you offer delivery?

While I do not offer home delivery, I travel within the Ottawa Valley once a week (Deep River to Pembroke). I am more than happy to meet you along my route.
If you are in the valley, reach out to me prior to ordering. If we can arrange a meeting point, choose pick up as your shipping method.
I may also be traveling within Ontario and other provinces. If I am, I will post my travel plans in our Facebook group, and meeting points can be arranged.


I take great care in packaging orders. Use of safety seals on all jars, baggies are double bagged, individual boxes for liquids, wrapping paper & bags, and water soluble packing peanuts. I do my best to ensure all items are safe during transit!

Packages may include small materials that may be choking hazards to small children and pets. Please keep our of their reach and properly dispose of excess packaging appropriately. Most packaging can be reused/recycled.

Damage, lost parcel, missing items

Any of this is an awful scenario!

Please inspect your order as soon as possible. Any damage or missing items on my part, please reach out to me asap and I will make it right!

If your parcel was damaged during transit, please inspect your order to ensure products are safe and included.

Expedited shipping protects your order for transit damage and loss. Please put a claim in with them and they will contact me.
