Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to sanitary reasons, dip powder cannot be returned once the safety seal has been removed. If you are unhappy with your order, or there was a mixup, please contact us so we can make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Cancelling an Order

 We do not sell orders over inventory limits to ensure fast completion of orders. It is our goal to ship orders by next business day. If you would like to cancel your order prior to shipping, please cancel through the website as soon as possible and/or reach out.
