Navy blue cat eye powder.
1/2 tsp filled by volume.
Cat Eye powder requires a dark base, gel liquids, and a cat eye magnet.
Enhance your nail using a black or very dark colour.
Dip liquids- after dipping, activating, filing and buffing- apply gel base & cure for 30sec, press powder evenly across nail, dust off excess, apply gel top coat, hold magnet in position for 10sec as close to the nail as possible, cure for 60sec.
Gel liquids- after applying desired number of cured layers- press powder evenly across nail, dust off excess, apply gel top coat, hold magnet in position for 10sec as close to the nail as possible, cure for 60sec.
